Inside Info. Schilling
This galloper is on the comeback trail after injury. A former winner of the Group 2 Sandown Guineas Schilling is now in the capable hands of Peter Morgan who has a proven track record of bringing back former good gallopers from injury problems and getting them up to win again - and going on Schilling's latest effort at Caulfield he could very well be back on track. In that event, Schilling settled back in the field, ran on, and then loomed up to win 200 metres from home before his condition gave out late. That was only Schilling's second run back from a 71 week spell so he would have derived heaps of benefit from the hit out. Indeed, the word from the Peter Morgan camp is that Schilling will line up a much fitter galloper today. At his current market odds of $12.00 Schilling offers us plenty of value.
